Channel Sales Administrator
The Channel Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our channel partners, ensuring efficient sales operation through various channels, and contributing to the growth of channel sales revenue. This role involves administrative tasks, customer interaction, and sales support functions to help achieve the company's sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information about products or services, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Onboard new channel partners, providing them with necessary training on products, sales tools, and company processes.
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks such as processing orders, preparing sales reports, and managing sales documentation.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, product demonstrations, and customer events.
- Assist the marketing department with the implementation of promotional activities and campaigns.
- Generate regular reports on channel sales performance, analyzing trends to identify opportunities for growth or areas needing improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data to enhance channel strategy.
- Facilitate communication between the company and its channel partners to ensure all parties are updated with the latest product information, sales policies, and market changes.
Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in sales administration, channel sales, or a related role in the network security space.

Strong understanding of sales processes and channel management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.

Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Docs.

Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.

Problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $42,240 - $48,000 + bonus + benefits, including 401k match. When available, the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected minimum and maximum hiring range for new hires in U.S. locations. Compensation details reflect the base salary only and do not include bonuses or benefits. Individual pay is determined by the work location and additional factors, including but not limited to skillset, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. Applicants may not be eligible for the full salary range based on their U.S. hiring location.
